    1.  Clear cargo information

    Item name: Provide the specific name of the goods, preferably along with the HS code and product picture.
    Weight, number and size: Provide the respective gross weight of the goods, box gauge dimensions and corresponding number of pieces.
    Packing method: Describe the packing type of the goods, such as cartons, pallets, wooden frames, wooden cases, etc.

    1.  Determine the transportation route

    Place of shipment: Specify where the goods are being shipped from.
    Destination: Provide the full address for final delivery.

    1. Select a mode of transportation

    Choose the right mode of transport (such as sea, air, rail or road) according to the characteristics and timeliness of the goods, and you can talk to a Usure  freight forwarder to get the best customized solution.

    1. Provide additional information

    Insurance: Explain whether insurance is needed and the scope of insurance. Usually, Usure will provide insurance advice according to the condition of the goods, and reduce insurance expenses as much as possible to ensure the safety of the goods.
