1.If unfortunately the goods are lost or damaged, the claim processing time will be relatively long, usually taking 1 to 3 months.
2. Damage refers to the situation where the outer box is obviously damaged and the goods inside are lost.
The compensation ratio for lost items and damaged outer boxes is usually 80% to 90% of the corresponding value of the goods.
