The Chicago route is generally suitable for American and Chinese customers, and the ship is also called at Los Angeles, transferred by train to Chicago, and then arranged to pick up and unpack the container for delivery. Generally, it takes 30-40 days to ship and sign for receipt.
The New York route needs to go around the Panama Canal, the fastest sea voyage takes more than 30 days, the slowest takes more than 40 days, so it takes 40-60 days to sign the ship. Sometimes it may be affected by the Panama Canal congestion and lead to a longer period of time, so this route is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry to sign for goods, and freight rates are often the most advantageous.
